Matt brings over 10 years of project management experience to PEI along with a Masters in Organizational Leadership, a certification as a Bid and Proposal Management Practitioner from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) designation from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). He also serves as an Adjunct Professor in James Madison University’s College of Business. His capture and proposal leadership efforts in pursuit of U.S. state, local, and federal government contracts have resulted in over $1.9 billion worth of awards. He has contributed to the strategy and writing of proposals that have secured over $33 billion worth of awards. Matt has also provided program management support to large, complex IDIQ contracts in the form of task order response, fulfillment of CDRL requirements, and problem-solving delivery and quality issues.
